Mark Coltrin began his career in the telecommunications industry in the late 1990s. He was recruited by Ameritech New Media (now AT&T) as a Customer Consultant, where he was part of a door-to-door sales team helping customers transition to new cable television, internet, and phone services.

After relocating to the Washington, DC area, Mark joined Starpower LLC, then a division of Pepco (now Astound Broadband). He later continued his career with Muzak, now part of Mood Media, before joining Sky Television, where he worked alongside Jim Koshuta for the next 17 years. Building on decades of industry experience and trusted relationships, Mark eventually founded Coltrin Consulting LLC.

Today, Mark brings more than 26 years of experience in telecommunications, internet, phone, cable television, business development, and strategic consulting. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for delivering results on projects of every size โ€” from small business initiatives to large-scale engagements. His experience spans the Washington, DC region and beyond, helping organizations grow through practical strategies, strong partnerships, and effective execution.
